Amendments to Licences & Particulars
When a Regulated Firm/Individual changes certain particulars, the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission expects to be notified within a minimum of 10 days before the changes take effect. There are certain changes which may require an Amendment to current Licences and/or notifications to several EEA Regulators. As such, please provide further notice to enable us to have enough time to effect the changes and enough time for the GFSC to request any further information as may be necessary in the circumstances and to processing the changes ahead of the event.
Amendment to Licences or Records held may include:
- Registered and Business Address(es).
- Branch/Agent Address(s).
- Telephone Number(s).
- Contact E-mail(s) and Primary Contact Individual within the Firm.
- Website Address(es).
- Trading and/or Business Names.
Please send all notifications to our Authorisations Team at email@example.com and contact us should you require any assistance - with the name of the Firm/Individual as the Subject Heading.
Schedule 3 of the Financial Services (Fees) Regulations, states that there is a Fee payable of £50 for all requests for Amendment to Licences or Records held. Please confirm method of payment as part of your request. Cheques should be made payable to the "Financial Services Commission", or if you are paying by Bank Transfer, please forward your payment to:
